Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of a student in your care ("you"), and Arabi Tuitions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as AyulQuran Academy. We are registered in Egypt, with our registered address at Mansoureyah Main Street, Al Mansoureyah Village, Munsha'atul Qanater, Al Giza, Egypt (VAT Number: 918568662).

These Terms govern your access to and use of https://www.ayulquran.com (the "Site") and our online Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies tutoring services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone in a jurisdiction where use of the Site or Services would be contrary to local law. If you access the Site from outside Egypt, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you locally.

2. Our Services

AyulQuran Academy provides live, one-to-one and group online tuition in the Holy Quran, Tajweed, Arabic language, and Islamic Studies, delivered by our teachers over video conferencing. We also offer a free introductory trial session for new students, and a range of curriculum tracks described on our Website.

Lesson availability, teacher assignment, and scheduling are subject to teacher availability and are arranged directly with you following enrollment or booking.

3. Eligibility and Minors

A significant number of our students are children. If you are a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (generally under the age of 18), you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, your parent or legal guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you begin lessons.

If you are enrolling a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to make this agreement on their behalf, and that you will remain responsible for their supervision during lessons.

4. Registration Information

When you book a trial session, enrol in lessons, or otherwise submit information through our Site, you represent that: (1) all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will promptly update that information if it changes; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, or, if a minor, have parental permission as described in Section 3; and (4) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, such as bots or scripts.

If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may decline, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services.

5. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations

Fees for our Services are as set out on our Website at the time of booking. Payments are processed through PayPal, Wise, or MoneyGram; by making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of that payment provider.

Free Trial: your first session with us is a free trial. There is no charge and no penalty if you are unable to attend; simply contact us to arrange another time.

Rescheduling: if you need to reschedule a paid lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, by contacting us at info@ayulquran.com or through your teacher directly. We will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative time at no extra cost.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: if a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, that lesson is considered used and is non-refundable and non-reschedulable, as the time has already been reserved with your teacher.

Cancellations by Us: if we cancel a lesson — for example, due to a teacher's unavailability — you will always be offered a free make-up lesson at a mutually convenient time, at no additional cost to you.

Satisfaction Guarantee: if you enrol in a paid lesson package and are not satisfied, you may cancel within the first 7 days of your first paid lesson for a full refund of that package. This guarantee applies once per student and does not apply to lessons already attended beyond that 7-day period.

Ongoing Packages and Subscriptions: you may cancel an ongoing lesson package or subscription at any time, effective for lessons not yet delivered. Lessons already delivered, or scheduled and forfeited under the Late Cancellations and No-Shows provision above, are non-refundable.

To request a refund, reschedule, or cancellation under this section, please contact us at info@ayulquran.com with your name and booking details. We aim to respond to all such requests within 2 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content on it — including text, curriculum materials, graphics, logos, and the AyulQuran name and branding (collectively, the "Content") — are owned by or licensed to Arabi Tuitions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Egypt and other countries.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with your lessons. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on certain third-party tools, including video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, and Jitsi) and payment processing (PayPal, Wise, and MoneyGram). Your use of these tools is also subject to their own respective terms of service, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services.

9. Tutor Applications

If you apply to teach with us, submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or ongoing engagement. We assess applications at our discretion based on qualifications, experience, and the needs of our students. Information you submit as part of your application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Referral Program

If you use our "Invite a Friend" feature to refer someone to us, you confirm that you have a reasonable basis to believe they would welcome being contacted by us, and that the information you provide about them is accurate. Referral information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the referred person's own rights over their information.

11. User-Submitted Content and Testimonials

If you submit feedback or a testimonial through our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it on our Website and in our marketing materials, including your name, age, and country as submitted. You may request removal of your testimonial at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit any content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality tuition, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, rate of progress, or result from using our Services, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort and consistency.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arabi Tuitions and its officers, employees, and teachers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arabi Tuitions harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt, except where applicable local law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site or Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Please review these Terms periodically; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
