• Fees for sessions that are cancelled and not rescheduled within the month will be refunded to the student.
• Nonattendance without at least 2 hours prior notice will incur session fees.
• When a student misses his/her class due to a problem, the teacher will get paid but if the tutor can’t take the class e.g. the internet cut out, the tutor will choose another day for the student to make up the missed class.

There are two methods:

• by the end of the month of the month if you pay through invoice. 
• If you subscribed automatic payment recurring through our website it will be renewed automatically every four weeks.
